Does Phoenix deliver my packages?

No the major carriers you are accustomed to seeing will deliver your packages (i.e., FedEx, UPS, DHL, USPS). Phoenix partners with them to achieve volume discounts, and passes a portion of that savings to our customers.

Where do we ship?

We deliver throughout the continental US, US Territories, Alaska and Hawaii. We also deliver to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

What are our different delivery options?

Based on our customer’s unique needs, we can suggest options. For example; we offer early morning delivery, 2-3 day ground service, etc. We may use any one or combination of carriers to satisfy your need.

How long does delivery take?

Within the continental US, orders should be delivered within 3 to 5 days.

We also ship to US Territories, Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO/DPO addresses; these require additional time for delivery and may be subject to delivery restrictions based on the item type, weight and size.

Can I track my order?
